Description
We're looking for either 1) a developer with experience in automated testing or 2) a system test engineer who has experience and comfort working in the code they test, including debugging.
Lead test team to develop and execute the testing strategies on an Enterprise Level project. Write and execute automated test plans and cases, analyzing, debugging, and reporting code bugs, white box and black box testing, regression and load/performance testing, as well as testing of application security. Responsibilities will also include working closely with the development teams to ensure the application is compliant to design specifications.
Requirements
· At least 5 years of experience as a developer with a heavy emphasis on automated testing or in an automated test engineering role.
· Direct experience with Test Tracking tools or an equivalent enterprise testing tool set.
· Experience using formal testing methodologies, and ability to follow documented testing methodology procedures.
· Ability to develop and execute automated test plans/scripts successfully, and document results.
· Expertise in coding, analyzing and troubleshooting IT applications, with a background in Adobe Flex or similar web product.
· Fluency in the use of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
· Exceptional attention to detail and documentation.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Must be self-motivated and have well-developed interpersonal skills.
Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or other related technical discipline
