Great Opportunity for a Retail Operations Manager (posted November 18th) in Durant, Oklahoma.  Gaming Hospitality Executive has been retained to help a gaming company in Durant, Oklahoma to fill a Retail Operations Manager position.

Job description for the Retail Operations Manager is as follows...

• Manages 3 retail shops and supervises all retail employees necessary to achieve the financial, operational, and guest service expectations set forth for all retail operations.
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, evaluating, coaching, and terminating all employees in retail operations.
• Overseeing retail operations performance, improvement, merchandising, pricing, inventory management, cost reduction, supply chain enhancements, sourcing, organizational restructuring, implementation of shared services, and process/technology integration.

• Other job related duties as assigned.

The following qualifications are REQUIRED for the Retail Operations Manager: 

• 3 years retail management expeirence required.
• High school diploma or GED required.  Some college preferred.
• Knowledge of Retail Department guest service standards, retail shop maintenance and operations,  POS systems, inventory systems, management techniques,  inventories being sold, retail department administration operations, demographics, purchasing patterns and behaviors, and modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.
• Knowledge of business English, proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, and basic arithmetic.
• Knowledge of computer utilization in business operations.
