Someone living mid-State of DE is best. A lot of time spent in Dover
$45 - $55K year salary
Someone with State of DE experience, DNREC, etc.
Full time
Someone AGGRESSIVE
$400 MO a Health Plan.

Requirements

An aggressive state of mind and business attitude along with connections and/or experience with DNREC or State of DE.
Recycling experience preferred.
