Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• A minimum of 3 years experience in district level management of multiple retail stores
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a sales team
• Experience mentoring and conducting one-on-one coaching
• Demonstrated experience leading and facilitating training
• Experience in recruitment and staffing
• Demonstrated skills in analyzing and interpreting business data
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
• Travel required which could include some overnights
