Roll-down Hurricane Shutter Operator

Key Responsibilities for the Roll-down Hurricane Shutter Operator position consists of:

·  Interpret shutter assembly diagrams and schematics

·  Select appropriate shapes and sizes in order to build a roll-down shutter

·  Meet daily production requirements

·  Package product for shipment

·  Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Requirements

·  Hands on experience assembling roll-down hurricane shutters

·  Proven ability to assemble shutters from parts to fully operational shutters

·  Ability to demonstrate an understanding of assembly diagrams and schematics is a must.

·  Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader is a plus.

·  Ability to lift and carry heavy material up to 75 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.

·  Candidates must be able to work a flexible work schedule as needed including overtime.

·  High School diploma or equivalent

·  Candidates must be able to excel working in a team environment.
