Graphic Designer

The McShane Companies, an integrated construction company and real estate development organization, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the firm's Corporate Marketing team. The candidate would be responsible for the creative development of artwork for brochures, property web sites, proposals, and corporate collateral. This position will support the corporate graphics requirements as well as the needs of six regional offices.

To be considered for this position, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in a creative graphics environment.
• Experience on a PC-platform with extensive knowledge of the Adobe Suite including PhotoShop, Illustrator and PageMaker/InDesign and the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Extensive utilization and manipulation of existing graphics templates to create new images and graphics layouts.
• Graphic production responsibilities including acquisition and/or re-creation of images and logos; photographic manipulation including partial image replacement, enhancement and resizing; and organization and maintenance of digital library images;
• Common graphic items include corporate logos, building renderings, digital photographs, stock photography, aerials, site plans, floor plans and maps.
• Physical management of photographs, CDs, DVDs, and master hard copy libraries.
• Experience and demonstrated capability with production of large-scale proposals, qualifications, direct mail pieces, newsletters, and the management of marketing department collateral and print materials.
• Experience in a construction/real estate development company would be highly preferred.
• Associate degree in graphic design or higher-level graphics degree preferred.
