Description We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of high volume recruiting experience for a seasonal position. The recruiting coordinator will work with various department managers to assist in the company recruiting activities, including managing on-site career fairs, testing potential candidates, coordinating background checks and drug testing and assisting in all candidate screening processes.

The position is contract, starts November 7th of 2009, will be 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, lasting last until February of 2010. $15-$18/hr DOE.

Requirements

2+ years of recruiting experience.
Experience with applicant tracking software (PeopleClick preferred).
BA in a related field preferred but not required.
Excellent PC and Internet Skills required.
