Recruiters / Interviewers - Louisville, KY

In this role, the recruiters/interviewers will be responsible for handling high traffic and large volume of seasonal pickers and packers, etc. This role will require conducting at a rapid pace full-cycle interviewing. Other responsibilities include: quickly accessing applicant skills, extending contingent job offers, attend job fairs, and continual interviewing throughout the week.  

Must possess high energy, positive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.  2 years temporary agency staffing, or recruiting exp is required. 

• Ability to quickly interview and access skills of 30 applicants for pick/pack/ship/IC, etc. seasonal positions throughout the day.
• Customer Service oriented, with good multi-tasking skills.
• Focused on delivery, and the desire to fill positions very quickly.
• Experience pulling candidates off of job boards, making phone contact, setting up interviews and setting contingent start dates.
• Must be flexible to attend job fairs and with minimal notice with potentially some evenings and weekends during the peak project.
• Positive, patient and professional. Able to work well with HR and Operations Management Team. Willing to work overtime
