A growing tradeshow and event marketing company, is seeking a high-energy, growth-oriented professional with demonstrated leadership abilities, integrity and passion for hassle-free service for the position of Warehouse/Production Coordinator in our headquarter facility.

 

General Responsibilities:

To handle all aspects of pre-show and post-show operations that pertain to Material Planning, Asset Management and Control (Usage), material loading and unloading, Load Lists, equipment delivery plans and ordering additional equipment/supplies.  To provide superior and hassle free services to our clients in the most efficient and economical manner possible.


 We are looking for a reliable, neat, detailed individual to work in our warehouse handling a variety of tasks including assembling and packing; inventory management, and various tasks. Computer skills are a must, as our systems are automated and require attention to detail. Must be handy, with basic handyman/carpenter type skills for minor repairs and small projects; a creative individual with the ability to think on your feet. The ability to read and follow detailed assembly instructions are a must.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in the work that they do, has the ability to work well with others and wants to be part of a growing company and team. There is occasional travel involved with this position.

Requirements

Education/Experience:  

 

·         College Degree preferred

 

·         Five(5) to Seven(7) years in an operational environment, experience inclusive of management/supervisory functions  

 

·         Detail-oriented

 

 

 

Skills/Competencies:

 

·         Analytical Problem solving

 

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

·         Basic math

 

·         Organization and planning skills

 

·         Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment

 

·         Basic computer skills

 

·         Ability to work well in a sometimes loud or otherwise uncomfortable atmosphere due to temperature changes
·         Ability to work with little supervision

Physical Requirements:

 

·         Typically requires the ability to stand for long periods of time

 

·         Requires normal use of computer hardware

 

·         Move and transport materials

 

·         Stand for long periods of time while supervising or participating in job installations and dismantles.
 

 

Working Conditions:

 

·         Performs work in a warehouse setting

 

·         Also will be required to performs work on the tradeshow floor, in noisy and crowded areas

 

·         Requires working both alone and with others in a team atmosphere

 

·         Requires working with union and non-union employees
