Diversified Clinical Services, is seeking a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse to be responsible for assigned nursing care activities for patients and other clinical activities associated with providing safe patient care in a Wound Care Center in Lawton, OK.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:
  • Assist with patient and wound care data collection for outcome based care management
  • Manage and maintain effective patient care and implement the interventions identified in the plan for care directed by the RN
  • Document patient care
  • Comply with wound center and hospital policies and procedures
  • Communicate with staff and physicians on therapeutic interventions and to ensure quality of care
  • Commit to ongoing professional growth and education

     

     

    • Requirements

    Requirements and skills needed:

  • Nursing degree and current state license
  • 2+ years of experience required as LPN/LVN
  • 1+ year experience in an acute care or home health setting
  • Wound care experience is preferred
  • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to patients
  • Must be familiar with regulatory standards
  • Must be able to demonstrate competency in Basic Life Support, infection control, safety and all unity required skill review
