Description Position Summary: This position will install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance and qualification/verification testing on electronic chemical analysis testing devices at customer sites. The serviced equipment includes but is not limited to Gas Chromatographs, Liquid Chromatographs, and Mass Spectrometers and associated software. This position will work with partner companies to promote account management and provide their customers with quality technical support in a manner conducive to enhancing customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site installation, repair, qualification/verification testing, and preventive maintenance on assigned products within specified vendor guidelines.
• Establish and maintain close communication with assigned customers to ensure maximum operational visibility.
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction as related to provided support services.
• Be responsible for following quality practices specified by CSA and product vendor.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of information regarding service repairs and customer account information.
• Control and maintain all assets needed to perform tasks such as tools, parts, and test equipment.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation with CSA and vendor partner's personnel.
• Maintain a safe work environment and utilize appropriate safety equipment.
• Understand and apply appropriate quality improvement processes.
Requirements To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with business professionals.
• An Associates Degree in Electrical or Electronic Technology, Chemistry, or equivalent education and experience
• May be required to demonstrate the ability to lift materials per specified and approved limits.
• Ability to use basic computer skills to perform tasks on a computer.
• Available for stand-by and after-hours responsibility.
• Available to travel on occasion for support of other territories and training.
• Ability to continually learn new product service techniques.
