Controls Technician

T.M. Bier & Associates, Inc. is one of the largest Control Systems Engineering firms in the New York Metropolitan area.  Since the industry began, TMBA has specialized in providing turnkey Building Automation Systems and energy cost reduction measures (design, installation and service) for commercial, industrial and institutional accounts throughout the New York Metropolitan area.

We are seeking a technician/electrician with experience in Automatic Temperature Controls field.

No entry level resumes will be considered.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of:

·      HVAC systems and controls

·      Computers

·      DDC systems & computer networks

We require:

·        Excellent organizational skills

·        Strong communication skills

·        A very strong desire to succeed

Principal Duties Include:

• BMS retrofits
• System startup’s
• System installations (running conduit, pulling wire, install & wire end devices)

A clean driving record is a MUST.
