Description


Join this "expanding" and "progressive" technology company as a District Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager in working their "high profile" TAMPA office.  

In the DSM role you will be managing a team of 8-10 representatives underneath you. In the Regional Sales Manager position you will be managing both Sales Managers (6-9) and their teams (100 people overall).


-This client has actually "EXPANDED" in 2009 opening several sales offices nationwide! In addition, this company has plans for futher expansion in 2010 & 2011.


-EXCELLENT career advancement into Senior Sales Management  roles based on your sales management success and ability to relocate for promotions. These promotions will be based on your leadership skills and SALES RESULTS.

District Sales Manager:
-$65,000-$70,000 Base (DOE) + Commission 30,000 at plan and you can double that even in year #1 + Expenses...

Regional Sales Manager:
-$100,000-$115,000-$130,000 + Commission $30,000 at plan, but you can double that even in year #1 + expenses...

 

 
Requirements


Sales Management Candidates experience should include:

-A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) - Strongly preferred.  

MUST LIVE IN THE TAMPA AREA CURRENTLY!

-3 years-15 years of successful Sales Management experience of leading, motivating, and developing a highly dynamic and aggrssive outside sales team. Candidates have come from a wide variety of different sales industries including: 

Payroll Services; Office Products; Business Services; Pest Control Services (business-to-business; business-to-consumers); Alarm Services (business-to-business; business-to consumer); rental car companies (Area Manager; Marketing manager) telecommunications; wireless; CLEC's; cable; teleconferencing services.....  

-Previous experience in managing a "highly transactional" type of sales environment such as telecommunications, wireless, or the cable industry a plus.  


-How many direct reports you managed.

-Must have clean background: No DUI's; misdemeanors; or bad credit.


-Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, unstructured work environment.
