In search for eager, ambitious sales associates for new home sales!!

One of the nation's largest and most experienced homebuilders is in search of a self-motivated, achievement oriented individuals for new home sales. The position involves greeting customers, determining their needs, presenting the solution and guiding through the decision making process.

You will be expected to:

Consistently drive new sales from a variety of sources

Ensure relative sales performance at or above standards

Proactively service customers after the sale

Participate with other departments to create and maintain client relationships

Demonstrate a strong effort of making use of new selling techniques and practices.

Implement a daily process for improving selling practices and results

Continually improve your own product knowledge

Requirements New Home Sales Consultant Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required

Valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance coverage

Valid North Carolina Real Estate License

Computer literate in Word and Excel

Able to work in a demanding fast paced, team oriented setting

Minimum 2 years of experience in new home sales or real estate/commerical sales

Must be articulate and demonstrate a genuine desire to work effectively with home shoppers

Able to communicate professionally both verbally and in written form
