Description We are looking for a Retail Business Office Lead for our Dallas, TX  location! This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of the fastest growing furniture, bedding and floor covering outlet.  The Business Office Lead is responsible for handling customers in a professional manner by processing billing and new purchase transactions. 

Duties of the Business Office Lead include:

  • Ensuring accurate cash management by taking all cash, check, and credit card payments on sales orders;

 

  • Providing  excellent customer service to customers, including answering phones, finalizing the credit application process, handling payments made for past or current purchases, and informing customers when credit lines are granted;

 

  • Assisting the Business Office Manager to supervise and train Business Office Clerks;

 

  • Creating and maintaining positive environment in business office

Requirements The ideal candidate will possess these attributes:

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of cashiering/cash handling/cash balancing experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to work all weekends and some holidays
