Job Description - RN Clinical Manager:

We are seeking an experienced Clinician to become a part of the fastest growing agency in this area.

Job Responsibilities - RN Clinical Manager:

  • Manage team of multidisciplinary clinicians.
  • Coordinate patient care consisting of nursing and therapy services with regard to objectives and costs.
  • Assist with OASIS review, proper coding and documentation procurement.
  • Ensure that adequate nursing staff are available, based on new admissions and census requirements .
  • Participate in agency Performance Improvement Program and have knowledge of Joint Commission Standards. 
  • Skilled in data collection and reporting, Quality Assurrance and Outcomes Management.

Job Requirements - RN Clinical Manager:

  • A candidate must be skilled in directing, motivating and training staff.
  • Able to organize and prioritize.
  • Shall have the skill to communicate effectively with patients and their families and at all levels of the organization.
  • Will react decisively and quickly in emergency situations and maintain confidentiality where required.
  • Joint Commission accreditation experience required.
  • The Clinical Manager should be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a valid state RN license and CPR certification.
  • Two years of experience as an RN Manager are required.
