ROLE DESC  Direct Sales Representatives needed.

It is an outside business to business sales (door to door) position selling electrical services/providers.  Essentially it is getting companies to switch electric providers.

- If sales goals are met, candidate should make approximately $60k including base salary
- Contractors must use their own cars and be local to Corpus Christi
- Client provides $300/month reimbursement for fuel
- Candidates will undergo several days of training
- Sales success is 6%; 12 sales/month is considered successful
- Candidates need to have excellent commnunication skills
- Manager will review resumes and possibly conduct phone interviews

The amount the commission is based off of varies depending on the electricity package (6 months, 1 year, 2 year etc) as well as the amount of electricity that a company will use (2 person company vs. huge corporation). The manager gave us a ballpark idea that if the salesperson makes .6 sales per day (1 every other day or 12 a month) they will make about 60K all in and they’re doing well. The sales success rate is about 6%.

Requirements SKILLS  - Direct sales experience is required in a door to door sales environment
- Any related industry experience is a plus (telecom or home security may be sufficient)
- Stable work history is required
