We provide an array of engineering, technical support services, resource planning and management services for these specific industries. Currently, SAT has two openings—one for a Facility Engineering Planning Program Manager on the island of Oahu at the Camp Smith Marine Corps Base and the other for a Military Construction (MILCON) Planning Program Manager on the U.S. Pacific Island Territory of Guam for the Marine Corps Installation Guam.  Both positions will support the facilitation and management of the requirements associated with the rebasing of the Marine Corps forces from Okinawa to Guam and other military force enhancements on Guam. 

 

The Facility Engineering position will assist the effort for organizing, overseeing utility infrastructure planning, and Military Construction (MILCON) coordination such as the coordination of master utilities planning, real estate planning, environmental assessments and scheduling with HQMC Facilities (LF), NAVFAC, III MEF units, JGPO, Consultants and others to ensure USMC interests are represented and fulfilled.

Requirements Both positions require a BS in Civil Engineering (MS Civil Engineering desired), as well as at least 6-8 years of experience with the last four years in utilities development and program management.  Preference will be given to candidates with a U.S. Navy Civil Engineering Corps background and experience in large scale DoD base construction projects or in the alternative, other service civil engineers with the same experience.  Also, a Secret clearance, at minimum, is preferred.
