The manager /supervisor responsibilities include:

Work with partners and others team members to develop effective tax planning methodologies and comprehensive compliance solutions for our clients

Develop and maintain the status of a trusted advisor to our clients.

Manage appropriate number of client engagements.  (Including and not limited to engagement staffing, product quality, timeliness, thoroughness and accuracy)

Manage, coach and or mentor less experienced team members on engagements

Prepare or review complex tax returns and provisions.

Review individual and entity tax returns.

Research tax issues and become an in-house expert

Minimal travel
