The ideal candidate will be capable of developing and designing analog and sensor signal conditioning circuits, microprocessor systems, and discrete digital electronic circuits. Establish product definition, architecture, and specification from design concepts to manufacturing. Analyze requirements, perform design tradeoffs, and work with vendors to select optimum components. Project management responsibilities include activities such as the scoping and scheduling of projects and tasks, coordination of projects/tasks with outside vendors and sub-consultants. Responsible and accountable for the project’s success that will be measured by the technical performance, development timeline, and the budget and costing adherence. Design and testing circuits to meet project requirements, agency standards, and quality requirements. Direct technicians in the fabrication and test of designs. Work as part of a design team to meet scheduled delivery of production ready designs. Provide documentation of design and test requirements. Support proposals of new concepts. Experience in an ISO certified company preferred.
