Associates degree in one of the following or related fields: Information Systems/Computer Science
Or related field required or equivalent combination of education and work experience. A+ and Network+ certification is a plus

Skills:
The ideal candidate must have the following:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Windows XP and Windows 2003 desktop and server operating systems.
Proficiency and experience with trouble ticket systems. Demonstrated ability to complete minimum number of tickets per period (based upon group standards).
Experience with MS Exchange administration, file/folder permissions administration, MS Active Directory, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Experience with Basic Networking in a Microsoft environment.
Experience in installing and troubleshooting network printers.
Experience with PBX phone system.
Experience in PC hardware and software troubleshooting in a Microsoft environment.
Must have excellent organizational skills; and ability to multi task and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as a team, assesses priorities, and manages a variety of activities.
