Description

PCI DSS is a multifaceted security standard for the protection of cardholder data.  The standard includes requirements for security management, policies, procedures, network architecture, software design and other critical protective measures. The PCI Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the NPC’s PCI program for our merchant base.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Manages NPC's PCI Compliance Program for day-to-day operational activities and functions, including developing, implementing and evaluating program policies, procedures and standards.
  • Monitors and stays abreast of PCI DSS changes that affect the activities and work processes of the internal NPC program; makes recommendations for, develops, and carries out improvements to the program to meet the changing parameters and requirements.
  • Act as liaison between NPC Compliance Management and PCI Escalated Team.
  • Organize IT efforts between outside vendors and NPC personnel.
  •  Act as liaison between all Sales Channels and NPC, regarding all facets of PCI DSS.
  • Oversee PCI training for all Sales Channels and internal employees.
  • Ensure that all merchant customization needs are satisfied.
  • Management of review and acceptance of merchant compliance remediation plans and reporting.
  • Management and Facilitation of outbound PCI campaigns, including selecting proper SAQs, based on merchant’s card processing environment.
  • Other duties, as required.

 

Requirements

 

      SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-5 Years of Bankcard Industry Experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Intermediate Word, Excel and Microsoft Access abilities required
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical skills required
  • Ability to work independently
  • High level of organization
  • Ability to make decisions on imperfect or incomplete information
  • Agility in multi-tasking
  • Bias toward action and quick decisions
  • Decisiveness
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
