VisionIT is looking for Level 1 Helpdesk Representatives to support one of our clients located in Pontiac, MI. This position will be a Long-term, indefinite contract that offers the possibility of extension, and all candidates will be expected to work on-site in Pontiac, MI.
- Candidates must be able to work on-site in Pontiac, MI
- This will be a long-term, indefinite consulting assignment that offers the possibility of extension
- Pay rates for this position will be determined by amount of relevant experience
Responsibilities of this position will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for supporting the client via telephone.
- Understanding user's issues and taking the correct steps to accurately document and handle per set processes.
- Utilize all tools available for assisting the customer
- Hours of Operation for this Help Desk are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM; candidates must be able to work an 8 hour shift between these times.
