Physical Therapist

Full time PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) positions available in our  Murfreesboro Home Health Branch with the service area in the surrounding counties;  Nashville Home Health Branch serving Davidson & Williamson counties; and in our Springfield Home Health Branch serving Robertson, Cheatham, north Davidson & part of Sumner counties.  The responsibilty of the Physical Therapist would be to evaluate and develop a plan of care to treat homebound patients in their homes, enabling them to achieve their maximum physical potential. 
 

Willowbrook was established in 1981 by two Registered Nurses and a Physical Therapist who saw the need for a quality alternative to inpatient care through home care and rehabilitation. Their goal then, and now is to provide the highest standard of comprehensive and innovative health care to patients entrusted to our care, and to exceed their expectations.  We have been able to achieve and exceed that goal with our team of healthcare professionals specializing in individualized care.

Physical Therapist: *Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.  *Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Tennessee. *Minimum of 1 year experience in a health care setting. *Background in high tech helpful.
