Description

Innovative Stone is one of the leading global suppliers of natural stone serving the commercial and residential sectors with operations in New York, Brazil, China, India and Italy.

 

We are looking for an individual to join our Call Center Team as a Project Manager.  This individual will be responsible for the entire life-cycle of stone installation projects including answering and assisting customers with inbound calls, making outbound calls, juggling multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment, understand and abide by individual project instructions, scheduling all installations, establish and maintain excellent relationships, coordinate with field team to ensure all projects are being serviced and completed in a timely manner, and proactively communicate any issues to Call Center Manager and involved parties as needed.  In addition, Project Managers review final purchase orders from the stores in their territory and then forward the order to the floor for production.

 

 

Candidate must be able to work independently and be a self starter.  Intermediate computer skills including Word and Excel required.

Requirements

Two years of Customer Service experience, excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and follow through skills.  Knowledge of call center work flow, strong customer service background, problem solving skills, ability to work well with others, to take initiative and ensure deadlines are met and strong organizational skills are all required.
