MedStaff Healthcare Solutions is a temporary Staffing Agency that specializes in the Staffing of Licensed Healthcare Professionals (RN's, LVN's and C.N.A's) to all of our Contracted Hospital - Client Facilities.

General Summary

Recruit healthcare professionals to be placed in temporary positions.  Generate a supply of new health care professionals through the use of effective telephone and referral skills as well as internet and mailing media. 

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Build a loyal healthcare professional recruitment database through consistent scheduling, follow up and appropriate documentation in MARS database.
2. Operate with a sense of urgency when dealing with Healthcare Professional (HCP)
3. Expand HCP database through the use of effective telephone and referral skills as well as internet and mailing media.
4. Focus recruitment efforts to those HCP's currently active in the pool of agency nursing.
5. Assist office team in maintaining and updating candidate files to adhere to both MedStaff and facility credentialing requirements.
6. Maintenance of current benefit paperwork pertinent to each HCP recruited.
7. Provide Staffing Coordinators with qualified and appropriately credentialed applicants to fill open positions.
8. Provide superior customer service through ongoing communication with healthcare professionals to address concerns/questions and provide appropriate resources, or necessary information to address those concerns/questions.
9. After hours on-call to include weeknight, holiday and weekend coverage as required
10. Other duties as assigned, with or without accommodation.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

1. Preference of 1 years experience in recruitment/inside or tele-sales experience
2. Work independently but also have a strong commitment to being a team player.
3. Must be able to respond to change in a positive and productive way.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. A strong emphasis on customer service
6. Demonstrate organization and attention to small yet critical details
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks
8. Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
