CEO/Hospital Administrator, Better Outcomes, Lower Turnover

Description We're one of the leading L/T Acute Care companies in the country with locations in 30+ states. Our Midwestern Operations, known for it's track record of low turnover and award winning quality care outcomes, requires an Administrative/General Manager that will help bring our facility to a higher level of excellence. We're known for our success providing the best in long term acute care to our patients and our nationally known level of customer service. We want our Administrator to build a team spirit that has characterized our facility for years.

We would also like our Operations leader to grow census and bring us a level of energy that will increase employee morale and reduce overall turnover to a level consistent with our hospital system average. We're not looking for an Administrator that is locked in "maintenance mode" ; we're searching for a "turn-around" leader who will be motivated by change and the excitement of rebuilding our facility to an award winning level of customer service excellence. Requirements We require a BS/BA degree. A Master's degree is preferred. We also seek someone with at least 3 to 6 years of Hospital Administration experience. Solid Financial and Business Development sells are required for our hospital. General or Speciality Hospital experience is acceptable. Must be able to show a positive track record driving change and results.
