Description

We have a great opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects!  In this position, you will develop training on interpersonal skills, new software, business processes and leadership skills using online, virtual and classroom delivery methods.

Your role will create and implement learning and development initiatives to enable engineers, managers and other team members to achieve strategic business objectives.  Major responsibilities include: consulting with internal customers, needs analysis and solution design.   You will partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders at all levels of the company. You will have a variety of responsibilities, which include; instructional design, writing, graphics creation, e-learning development, training implementation and change management.

Requirements

·          Bachelors degree

·          Post-bachelors education in learning theory

·          Experience designing and developing classroom training in a business environment

·          Experience designing and developing e-learning courses

·          Expertise in Lectora, Flash, Dreamweaver or other authoring software

·          Experience with Photoshop or other graphics programs

·          Experience integrating e-learning courses with a Learning Management System (LMS)
