Career Transitions is currently looking for a qualified candidate to work as an Appointment Coordinator for a local dentist office.  The hours for this position are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between the hours of 8 am -5 pm.  Starting pay is $10/hr.

This is a long-term contract position that will be 32 hours per week and requires excellent data entry and verbal/written communication skills, proficiency with MS Word and Excel. Previous experience in appointment scheduling and dental terminology is required. Familiarity with WinOMS and the ability to speak Spanish is a plus!

Duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, correspondence with other doctors and dentists, checking patients in and out and scheduling hospital appointments.

 

Requirements

Previous experience in appointment scheduling and dental terminology, excellent typing and data entry skills.
