Requirements

Job skills needed for this position:

Confident, responsible self starter with with high standards and expectations, great organizational skills and a self motivated pro-active work philosophy.
Prior expierience in Affordable Housing a must!
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple priorities.
Strong teamwork and professional demeanor.
Good computer skills a must!
Ability to perform physical and administrative duties as commensurate to the position indoors without restriction or reservation.
