Requirements
Required Skills:
* Strong QA and testing industry knowledge
* In-depth experience defining QA and/or acceptance testing strategies for systems implementations
* Experience with COTS (customized off the shelf) / package implementations
* Experience coordinating people across organizations to complete tasks
* Experience building relationships with the business teams
* Experience working with outside vendors and organizations
* Ability to work independently and drive activities
Preferred Skills (not required):
* Experience leading teams and managing projects
* Experience with MS Project;
* Experience with SharePoint (as a user)
* Long-term care insurance industry experience
* HP Quality Center experience
* PMP certification
