I. G. Burton and Company, Inc., in Milford, DE had an immediate opening for an experienced Service Advisor to work in our Mercedes Benz service department. The ideal candidate will be customer oriented and must have previous experience as a service advisor in a dealership environment.
The primary responsibilities include but are no limited to: scheduling customer service appointments, greeting customers and obtaining vehicle information, writing up customer's vehicle problems, and opening and closing repair orders. This person must possess the ability to sell the recommended maintenance requirements to our customers.
