U.S. Innovative Strategies, Inc. is a premiere, privately owned and operated sales and marketing firm based in Vienna, Va. We are looking to fill entry  level sales and marketing positions.

WHAT WE DO:

USIS is a company that encourages employees to work hard. We roll up the sleeves of our best suits and shake hands with the public. Not virtually, but literally w/ the customers of our clients. There is no communication more reliable and effective than face to face. Other companies can “brainstorm" all they want; but we are in the field, meeting their families, listening to their stories and making an impression that will drive our clints sales and marketing goals. 

JUST IN CASE WE WERE NOT CLEAR:

USIS is not a creative marketing firm, we do sales. A lot of them. That’s why we are always growing (not thinking, or trying, actually doing).  Oh, and by the way, we want you to wear a suit. If you out-dress them you impress them. And if you make them laugh, they’ll never forget you.

WHY WE ARE HIRING:

We know that the world is constantly changing. Therefore there will always be a new way to realize our vision and thus a need for new partners. We want active employees who are engaged in what they are doing. We reward those who do so. We believe in promoting exclusively from within because who knows better what it is like to be in the trenches but those who have actually been in those exact same trenches.  Pay based upon performance.
