Valenti Chevrolet-Suzuki is seeking experienced candidates for the position of Parts Counter Advisor.  Additionally, you must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and self-motivation.

Responsibilties:

• Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
• Maintain strong knowledge base of all new and pre-owned vehicle makes and models.
• Assist all customers (on the phone and in-person) with basic dealership information.
• Assist customers in choosing companion and specialty parts.
• Increase add-on sales.
• Ensure the customer is exposed to our full line of products available.
• Work directly with the Parts Manager and other Department Managers to increase over all sales and service within the dealer stores.
• Assume other duties as required. 
  
   

• GM Experienced parts counter person.
• Must have  a min of 1 year GM parts experience
• Must be able to look up, order and find GM and Suzuki parts for the  technician and retail customer counter quickly and accurately.
• Must know the Reynolds and Reynolds computer system.
