Description

Regional Financial sales manager for truck and heavy equipment dealer network which continues to grow in difficult times.  We are looking for a self-motivated manager to lead our finance department. You will be responsible for driving Business sales and revenue growth through increase us of dealer financing. Instruct salespersons in effective methods of selling financing with a hands on approach.  In exchange for achieving goals, the Regional Finance manager would earn a competitive base salary plus the opportunity to participate in an uncapped incentive plan with monthly payouts. 

Requirements

Specific Responsibilities include:

 The Regional Finance Manager is the go-to contact within the dealer network to provide customers with a thorough explanation of after market products and extended service contracts, educates customers on the benefits of financing to free up their credit lines, sells and property and casualty, insurance to customers, submits financing and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval processes.

 

Qualifications:

·    We require a minimum of five year's business to business financial sales experience that includes Business finance sales or outside consultative business to business sales experience (i.e., sales/service industry that requires both a strong ability to influence sales behaviors and strong customer service focus with financial credit lines).

·    At least five years Financial Services experience recruiting secondary market lenders with financing  emphasis  preferred (i.e., Business Banker, Mortgage lending, Underwriting)

·    Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience 

·    Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with several finance sources, continually seeking new sources to keep the dealership the number one source of financing for all prospects.

·   Coach and mentor the entire dealer network team to uncover sales opportunities among both current and potential business customers.  Work with sales department to increase comfort and effectiveness with business customers and prospects.  Handle or oversee all business credit applications

Additional required skills include:

·    Estimated 26 – 50% travel with client visits

·    Strong relationship management and sales prospecting skills (influencing, advisory and acquisition). 

·         Strong organizational time management skills

·         Strong interpersonal communication skills

·         Strong problem solving skills

·         Customer focused with good interpersonal skills and communication skills

·         Ability to partner and influence within a team environment

·         Strong ability to grasp concepts and processes

·         Track Record of Demonstrated Sales Success
