Requirements
· Report Development. Define functional business reporting requirements and proactively identify ways to create and provide those requirements via easy to use HR Services reports.
· Extract and collate all data to be used to report on service performance. Data will be collated daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
· Analyze and publish the data collated. This will require the development and writing of accompanying narratives to highlight trends and issues with service. The role will be responsible for investigating the underlying root cause of these trends, highlighting these in the analysis, and identifying best practices and opportunities for development.
· Develop the format of service reports with HR Services leadership and managing ad-hoc requests. Ability to identify necessary metrics in order to generate ad-hoc reports when needed. The role is also responsible for the creation of weekly, monthly and annual service exception reports.
· Responsible for the continuous improvement of service reporting and will be expected to challenge reports and to continue to enhance reporting capabilities as service management evolves.
· HR Services ownership for educating and reporting on critical HRS metrics during HR Services team meetings.

Education Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field, such as education, operational research or statistical analysis desired; Master’s in Business Administration or related discipline preferred. Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation is a plus.
