Americall Group, Inc.  has recently opened a 300-seat Call Center. We are currently seeking Call Center Representative (s)  to handle outbound sales calls for the customers whom we support. Daily responsibilities will include:

• Answering telephones in a prompt, courteous fashion
• Providing excellent customer service support
• Providing customer resolutions and using critical thinking skills
• Assisting with customer sales and transactions
• Making outbound sales calls
• Keying in / typing orders with basic computer experience

Americall Group, Inc. is open Monday thru Saturday, and offers evening, full time positions.

Americall Group, Inc. employees should have:

• Excellent Oral and written communication skills
• Have experience with light typing
• A pleasant phone voice
• Basic computer skills
