 Assistant to the President

As the Assistant to our CEO/President, you will be able to showcase your project management skills by coordinating all aspects of the President/CEO's work and schedule, to include managing appointments and travel, working with donors and board members, providing support to the President's spouse with event planning, and managing and composing correspondence.  Your customer service and interpersonal skills will shine as you interact with multiple board directors, foundation members, families of people we support, and donors, providing information as requested. 

 

With your detail-oriented technical expertise, you will be able to produce advanced level reports, presentations and maintain and publish documentation on the website.  We will look for your advanced problem solving skills, ability to maintain a high degree of confidence, and ability to exercise good judgment to respectfully offer advice and guidance to the CEO relative to the execution of his responsibilities.  With your confidence and ability to multi-task, you will provide support to other Executives as requested, interpret requests and distribute information appropriately.

Requirements

Your seven or more years as an administrative assistant, with at least four years in an executive administration role, combined with your Bachelor's degree, will be your first stepping-stone to success.  These skills combined with your proven experience in the Microsoft Office Suite, Share Point, Project, and Visio will give you the tools needed for this rewarding opportunity.  Experience with Blackbaud's Raiser Edge and Kronos will make you a preferred candidate for this position.
