SPANISH BILINGUAL COLLECTIONS/CUSTOMER SVC REPS NEEDED
**TO START DECEMBER 1**

ENTRY LEVEL COLLECTIONS POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR MEDICAL BASED ORANGE COUNTY COMPANY
ADVANCE YOUR COLLECTIONS CAREER
ROOM FOR GROWTH
MONTHLY COMMISSION
PERMANENT FULL TIME POSITIONS

Approx 7 mos-1 year minimum collections required

Temp to Perm / Full Time Position
$ 10.00 base wage + Monthly Productivity Commission
$ 50.00 Incentive Bonus for 30 days of employment
Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to / from customers
Collect on delinquent accounts 30-60 days
Work on delinquent accounts with customers
Prevent accounts from being assigned to an outside collection agency.
Auto Dialer/Call Center experience a plus

Requirements

SPANISH BILINGUAL A MUST !!
Collections experience – approx 1 yr. minimum
Self disciplined attitude & work ethic
PUNCUALITY REQUIRED
Telemarketing experience – a plus
AUTO DIALING SYSTEM/Call Center experience - a plus
Bilingual, English & Spanish
Excellent phone etiquette
Excellent customer service
10-key by touch
Ability to conduct yourself in an assertive yet polite manner
Basic Computer Skills Required
