Characteristics
Key Focus

Prepare SEC reporting forms 10K and 10Q on a timely and accurate basis
Support preparation of quarterly and annual earnings release data and commentary
Responsible for research and support for SEC and USGAAP disclosures
Support monthly and quarterly USGAAP consolidated financial statement processes
Maintain current on SEC and USGAAP standards including experience with current research media
Interaction with external auditors regarding SEC and USGAAP reporting
Work on special projects as designated by the Corporate Controller

Requirements Responsibilities:

Manage and review the preparation of Form 10-Qs, earnings releases and the annual Form 10-K and shareholders’ report including footnotes
Manage SEC reporting activities and schedules preparation from other members of the team

Accountabilities

Overall responsible for monthly and quarterly USGAAP consolidation processes for the company
Overall responsible for research and implementation of SEC and USGAAP compliance requirements
Extensive knowledge of requirements as needed by the external auditors
Timely execution of all routine and ad hoc SEC reporting requirements
