Description

Involved with the periodic closes (consolidating journal entries, rollforward preparation, problem solving, etc.)
Prepare SEC filings (comparative financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, etc.)
Prepare periodic Board of Directors communications (operational, P&L and balance sheet analysis)
Quarterly review and annual audit support (prepare schedules, answer questions, etc.)
Accounting policy research, support and implementation

Requirements The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

One to three years of public accounting (Big Four or Large Regional) and/or corporate accounting experience (SEC registrant preferred)
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and teamwork skills
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
Attention to detail
CPA or be a CPA Candidate (complete in next year
