Description of Full Time Behavior Analyst:
The Devereux Foundation is the largest nonprofit provider of behavioral healthcare in the country for individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities, behavioral challenges and mental illness. Devereux provides mental health, developmental disability and child welfare services to children, adolescents, adults and families through a continuum of care that includes prevention programs in the community, outpatient counseling foster care, group homes, residential treatment centers, and psychiatric hospital. The Behavior Analyst position will allow you to find purpose and give you room to grow in the largest not-for-profit provider of services to children and families in Florida. You will be a key part of our commitment to making a difference and improving the lives of our clients whom we serve, while working alongside dedicated staff and a caring management team. This Full Time position is at our Family Care program in Ft. Myers. The Ft. Myer's Family Care organization provides behavior analysis, programming, and case management to our clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral issues. Our clients are placed with Foster Care families and they range in severity and disability. We provide 24 hour crisis wrap around behavior analysis services as well as teaching parents principles of ABA, teach acquisition skills, communication, replacement, social and community integration skills. This position provides what we call a "wrap" of services as we believe that the more services and care we provide to an individual, the better their outcome and success. Subsequently, this position also works closely with legal guardians, parents, schools, medical professionals, and others involved in the client's life to assist in coordination of services and that a team approach to treatment is taken.

Requirements
To qualify, we require:
Candidate must have bachelor’s degree and hold BCABA or BCBA certification. Must have 2 years of experience in the field of appied behavior analysis. Must also have good writing skills and be familiar with writing and implementing behavior change procedures, data collection, and graphing. Must have a Valid Florida Driver’s License.
