Description
Sleep Solutions, Inc., is looking for energetic, results oriented individuals to join the company as Provider Services (front end billing) Representatives.
The Provider Services Representative is responsible for administrative support of all contact prior to, during and at the conclusion of the patient’s course of care. This includes physician registration, follow up for missing information, precertification, and verification of financial responsibility. The position is responsible for inbound and outbound telephone contact. The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
· Answers incoming calls from clients (e.g. patients, physicians, insurance companies, etc.) as they relate to inquiries and other concerns.
· Performs outbound calling to physicians, insurance companies and other clients to follow up on missing information and review patient financial obligations
· Completes all data entry and call notes accurately and timely in the Meditrack system with each client contact.
· Completes physician enrollment/registration; Performs administrative duties that include fax retrieval and on-line filing.

Requirements
The successful candidate must possess:
· Two years of insurance validation or billing experience in a health care practice
· Equivalent combination of experience and education in respiratory therapy, health administration, polysomnography
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· High attention to detail
· Ability to prioritize needs and function independently
· Must be able to multi-task well and be able to positively adapt to change wtih our growing company
· Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
