We are a dynamic, fast paced industry leader with a strong reputation for customer service.  We are looking for an individual who possesses these same qualities and can Supervises and coordinates activities of workers providing telephone sales and customer support services by performing the following duties:

 

  • Assists in establishing sales strategic goals and action plans for call center team.
  • Supervises staff training, motivational and incentive programs, and adherence to personnel policies and standards.
  • Assists in development of established script and call-handling strategies.
  • Trains staff in cross-selling and product knowledge, and monitors effectiveness.
  • Monitors staff productivity and quota levels, and recommends process changes or training to improve results.
  • Coordinates with other sales-related departments on process improvement plans.
  • Prepares staff progress and productivity reports.
  • Directly supervises 15 employees, including hiring, firing, coaching and development.
  • Maintains call distribution system by distributing calls uniformly among service representatives.
  • Makes necessary changes in staffing based on day of week, sales promotions, advertising and other anticipated events.
  • Answers questions and recommends corrective services to address and resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience is a must
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred
  • At least two years related experience desired
  • Ability to write reports, scripts, business correspondence, and procedure manuals needed. 
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
