Description

Role Summary

Responsible for monitoring the hired company who maintain the facilities for torque-technology in the Assembly Shop.


Role Responsibilities

•Managing and coordinating all activities of Torque-technology on the shop-floor in the Assembly

•Guiding, evaluating and supporting employees

•Monitoring torque parameter to TM’s

•Recognizing and rectifying bottleneck situations

•Investigate problems of Torque issues

•Verify result data from the Torque facilities and visualize this

•Work together with planning and construction department.

•Optimizing production, production quality and the cost situation by recognizing the potential for rationalization as •well as by improving workplace design and safety

•Coordinating and tracking data for optimization

•Monitoring the work regulations and accident prevention regulations

•Recognizing and rectifying bottleneck situations

•Instructing the team/ company in what the company's objectives are

•Providing instruction and guidance about required techniques and regulations

•Controlling the deployment of personnel in unusual production situations

•Cooperation with Health & Safety and audit teams

Requirements

Qualifications (Skills & Experiences & Education)

Years of experience: Minimum of 4+ years job related experience, automotive background preferred

Education

Required:

•Ability to work in a team

•Personnel management

Desired:

•4 year degree or comparable background of work related experience preferred

•Advanced degree desired

Required: Past automotive assembly experience and capability to establish best Mfg processes to torque issues

Work flexibility (travel requirements, work schedule, etc.)

Travel – 10-50% initially, 5-10% after SOP(Start of Production)

Work schedule – Will vary based on project progress and initiatives
