Growing Medicare certified home health company is seeking a Multi Site RN Operations Leader for Upstate New York who will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the general management of 3 to 5 locations.
- Working with other team members to ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and standards of care.
- Developing annual budgets and ensuring continued growth.
- Analyzing gross profit factors.
** Relocation assistance will be provided. **
Requirements
- RN License with current or previous multi-site Home Health or Hospice operations experience.
- Excellent mentoring and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of success.
