We are seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Support Technician to work in our corporate office located in Southfield, MI.
This position will provide eClinical application and hardware support in Japanese and English via phone and email to end users. Candidate must be proficient in MS Office, Internet Explorer and possess above average oral/ written communication and active listening skills. Position requires the ability to be fluent in reading, speaking, and writing in both Japanese and English. The successful candidate must be able to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8 PM to 6:30 AM EST, Sunday – Thursday to support Japan’s business hours.
