Regional Facility Modification Manager – CA Courts
Responsible for
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of ten years experience in commercial facility management.
Bachelor Degree in Construction, Engineering or Project Management.
Knowledge of construction and service work standards, codes and compliance standards, equipment systems and techniques, drawings and specifications, and building materials.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Must be able to interpret basic architectural, mechanical and electrical blue prints.
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Must be willing to work overtime, nights, weekends, spit-shifts or holidays as projects require.
Be available on call 24/7 for emergency calls or project coordination.
Must be willing to travel periodically within the region to various sites that may require potential overnight stays.
Licensed General Contractor B license desired. Ability to provide leadership, direction and coordinate activities on various types of teams in accomplishing its mission and tasks.
Demonstrated style of participative team management in problem solving, project implementation and continuous improvement objectives.
Possess the ability to manage a large number of projects concurrently. M
ust have electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, planning and design experience.
