CNC Machine Operator/Process Development Technician
Springfield Manufacturing, an aerospace and industrial gas turbine parts manufacturer in Clover, SC seeks a CNC machine operator/process development technician for our first (1st) shift operation. We are a technological leader in our field. Our manufacturing operation is located in the greater Charlotte, NC metro area.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate multi axis CNC machines making precision parts.
- Organize new projects, Cad/Cam programming, tooling, etc.
- Develop new processes using good problem solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing activities to meet production schedule.
- Work closely with sales department.
- Highly motivated individual who promotes teamwork with subordinates and peers.
Requirements
CNC Machine Operator/Process Development Technician
Qualifications include:
- Five plus years of operator and Cad/Cam programming experience;
- Fanuc CNC control experience preferred.
- Understanding of drawing tolerances and reading of mechanical drawings.
- Two to three years of project management experience.
Salary dependent on experience and qualifications. Health and medical benefit program available.
