They manufacture and market medical devices that are at the cutting edge of surgical device technology. These devices are revolutionizing the way surgeries are performed in the OR, both in increasing the efficiency and speed of most invasive and non-invasive procedures while significantly decreasing the recovery time for most surgical patients.
The company is poised for tremendous growth in 2010, with plans to double the size of their existing sales force to keep up with the ever-increasing demand for their products! They are looking to grow their presence in the Los Angeles market and are looking to bring on a strong Medical Device Sales leader to further develop the territory.
Requirements
Medical Device Sales Representative - Los Angeles Metro Territory:
*BA/BS with a concentration in Business or Science
*2+ years of documented success in a Medical Device Sales role
(Brag Book with accomplishments - 100% of quota, President's Club, Rookie of the Year, Strong Rankings)
*Previous experience selling in the Operating Room setting is required
*Existing relationships with Orthopedic Surgeons, NeuroSurgeons, and Spine Surgeons in
the LA Metro area, a plus
Compensation includes:
$40K Base + ramp up guarantee (based on previous earnings)
Uncapped commission structure
*Average at-plan earnings exceed $170K
*Mileage Reimbursement
*Expenses paid
*Medical / Dental / 401-K + company match
